Located on SW 107th Avenue, we've been South Florida's home for mixed martial arts since 2001, teaching everyone from total beginners to professional fighters just minutes from your front door.
Because we're so close, Westchester members train the way they actually live — a quick morning session before work, a lunchtime round of kickboxing, or jiu-jitsu after dinner. We're open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so your schedule sets the pace, not ours.
Westchester is a tight-knit community, and our mat reflects it. You'll train alongside neighbors, families, and FIU students, all coached by a team with ADCC World Championship and professional MMA experience. Your first private lesson and a uniform are on us, whether you join or not.
